An Error Occurred in the Upload. Please Try Again Later. Ñ„ã‘âãâ³ãâºã‘æ’

sorry for my bad english !!

I tried to upload the image for cuboid

the front image is working ~

but when I try to upload the  top & bottom image

it just testify me the mistake bulletin equally in a higher place.

I'thousand sure that size of prototype all correct ~

any ideas ??

lower width to 50% and then the fault will be gone for adept

Later more trial and error I've concluded that the upshot I'm having is due to the image format.

A jpg worked. I've saved png'southward out of photoshop with every possible setting I can and none of them seem to piece of work.

I'll accept to download the database and examination to run across if it works. Would I exist correct in making the supposition that white pixels vs transparent pixels shouldn't matter? I mean neither agree any useful information for Vuforia anyway.

Thank you!

Hi in that location, I'thousand getting the "endeavor again later" error as well. I'g trying to upload a side prototype for a cylinder target (I don't demand meridian or bottom).

I've followed the documentation and the tips in this thread. My image dimensions should match that which I entered for the cylinder dimensions (circumference : side).

In testing, I decided to attempt an image with a completely incorrect aspect ratio. When doing this, I get an error message stating that I demand to set the attribute ratio. And so I can (hopefully) safely presume that my image dimensions are correct, given that I don't become the error when I try to use my desired epitome.

My image is PNG-24 at 428kb size, so it meets the size and type requirements. Once again, I tested unsupported size and blazon and got appropriate error messages explaining the issue.

Either the Vuforia backend is actually having trouble correct now and I should try once again after, or at that place'due south some other check that happens during upload that my image fails on and the error isn't being reported properly, instead it's being caught past this catch-all "effort once more later" message.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Me likewise facing the same problem...

Thanks, I got the files, and replied, see your PM.

Thank you. I sent yous the files.

Yes, you tin can transport me the files via PM.

Sure. I've washed that a lot of times for piece of work. Never was any trouble.

Anything else?

Is information technology possible to send you the files? If yes, how long are you working - I'thousand in a coming together, can't send you the files correct now.

Hi, y'all need to take intendance of prototype format (JPEG or PNG, RGB 24bits, no alpha, no 32bits, image size less than 2 MB), and

you need to take intendance that the Aspect ratio of each image is compliant with the attribute ratio of the various faces of the cuboid, equally mentioned in this thread already.

One thing that tin help is to sketch your cuboid on paper and so to ameliorate visualize information technology and check the exact aspect ratio of each face, and then compare it with the ane of your images.

Meet also the dev guide:

Trying to upload since 7 hours. Demand to terminate the Target as soon as possible (->Deadline)

"An error occurred while uploading the prototype. Please effort afterward."

My Target: Width 35 x 37 x 112 (cm)

Tryed everything. Just the top, right and front is working.

@ adala88,

the cuboid issue (top/bottom images) should be fixed in the current system; please endeavour again if not alrready..

Hi attilanyers,

cheers for the images, I received them.

Actually in your example the dimensions that you are using for the cuboid are not respecting the aspect ratio of the images:

for instance, your forepart image is 600 x 160 pixels => aspect ratio = 600 / 160 = three.75

while your cuboid width and height are 71 x 19 => aspect ratio = 71 / xix = three.7368

So, you should either resize your image (with an image editor) so that its attribute ratio is 3.7368, or you lot should change your cuboid dimensions (for case using Width = 71 and Elevation = 18.93 instead of 19.0)

You should also verify the length dimension (I only tested the width and the acme using your front end image)

Hi attilanyers,

could you PM me the images and the cuboid dimensions that you lot are using?

Hi adala88, just a quick update: we accept identified the cause of the upshot; this is under correction and an update of the TMS with this fix is expected relatively soon (although I don't have an official ETA yet, but i volition update you when I have more details).

Hi, meanwhile, could you make some "experiments" by using cuboids of different sizes (e.chiliad. irresolute width or tiptop significantly), to see if you go it to piece of work ?

This would help narrowing downwards the problem (while we too investigate on our side...)

I see ~

really tks !!!!

Hullo, I ave received your files thanks, and I reproduced the issue (also using a different image).

On the other hand, I was able to upload top and bottom images (resized to dissimilar sizes) on a Cuboid with dissimilar dimensions.

So the issue does non seem to come from the prototype, but rather from the dimensions used.

I volition bring this upshot to the Vuforia team, every bit it might be some kind of misbehaviour of the Target Manager.

I volition update you equally soon every bit I get feedback.

Could you PM me your paradigm files and the cuboid settings (dimensions) that yous use; I would like first to attempt and reproduce your error, so to exclude that at that place is a problem with your account...

thank you for the quick reply !!

yes  I've did that  like you said and I switch the other browser  to log in

simply I got the aforementioned error bulletin  . .

Hi, this might possibly be a temporary problem, have you lot tried logging out and loggin in once more and uploading once more ?

do you go the same fault consistently ?
